Returns Policy Overview

You may return new, unopened items sold by iGoodie.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Just contact us at HelpMe and we will guide you through the process.

You should expect to receive your refund within 1-3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. 

 

Items that are Not Returnable

iGoodie.com does not accept returns of the following items:

  • Any products missing the UPC
  • Laptops, iPads, iPods, and an other electronic devices more than 30 days after delivery
  • Any opened items, used items, or damage items 
  • Downloadable software products
  • Gift cards
Calculating Your Refund

A full refund will be issued for new, unopened items sold by iGoodie.com and returned within 30 days of purchase.  The following conditions and exceptions apply.

Partial refunds:

  • Any unopened item in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after purchase and less than 60 days after purchase: 80% of the current item's price.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error that is returned up to 30 days of purchase: up to 50% of item's current price.

Receiving a Refund

We will issue a refund after we receive and process your return.

Expect your refund within 1-3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (though in many cases you'll receive the refund sooner).

This time period includes:

5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
1 to 3 business days for us to process your return
The time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines)
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

If the return and refund do not appear in Your Account within 1-3 weeks from the day you sent us your return, please e-mail us for help at HelpMe.

 

How Refunds are Issued

* If you used an iGoodie.com gift card to pay for all or part of an item you want to return, that part of your refund will be credited to your account for use on a future purchase.

 

Exchanges

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, email us at HelpMe to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original unopened item by emailing us at HelpMe (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

Please note that it takes us 1 to 3 business days to process returns once they arrive at our PO Box.
